Type of skin, pores and skin concerns, and epidermis goals: Dry to mixture 28 12 months old lady pores and skin with level of sensitivity and eczema, mainly concerned with acne, scarring, and just a little anti-aging. Goals include fading my acne scarring in to the abyss and fixing some of the harm that I’ve inadvertently caused over the years via nervousness and crappy nylon tools (more on that below).
It was kind of surprising to see all of my skincare collected in one place, as I keep them in a few different places – it’s a lot more than I thought it was hahaha. But seeing it all jointly reminded me of just how many other products I’ve tried and how many years it got me to stay into these ones. My skin isn’t perfect, but it’s much better than it has been in an exceedingly, long time, and I’m slowly healing a few of the harm! GlamGlow Supermud. Oil and acne control. At first I really, hated this mask really. Unless you like the smell of liquorice, this is merely torture for 20 minutes. BUT I couldn’t deny the actual fact that it is really made an improvement in my own oil production, and it’s really a phenomenal spot treatment. I rely with this at least once weekly to keep my acne in check – usually only twice weekly as it can dry you out. Plus it’s SUPER fulfilling to see the little oil patches on that person as it sucks the gunk out of your face. Lush Tea Tree Water.
Toner. AM, daily. I am really picky about toners during the last few years, and also have been through a good handful of them that break me right away. The ingredient deck for this will abide by my skin, and it properly dries down really. The tea tree controls my oiliness, and has made a big difference in my breaking out during the day.
Rather than wiping it on with a natural cotton pad, I mist it on and pat it into my skin. The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution. Toner. PM, daily. Mild chemical exfoliator to assist with my acne scars, and I think it is will keep my pores pretty clean. I could always tell when I’ve neglected to utilize it the night before – I find my skin is just a little duller.
This one I apply with reusable cotton pads and let it dry down. Tarte Rainforest of the ocean Deep Dive. Cleanser. AM and PM, daily. My OG, ride or expire cleanser. A little pricey, but it’s well worth every freakin’ dollar for me personally. It smells wonderful, foams up nicely, and leaves my pores and skin feeling clean but hydrated. I’ve problems with cleansers where they either remove me bare usually, or they leave me sense gunky.
Deep Dive leaves my skin feeling clean and festively plump. HA. Serum. PM, daily. Applying this to reduce the appearance of wrinkles. I combine a drop of this with the alpha arbutin and 2 drops of the pineapple-c serum and pat into my face. There is it has made a noticeable difference in the lines in my own forehead.
