Are you attempting to lose weight? If you’re, STOP! Funny thing to say coming from someone that desires to help you lose all the weight you want, right? Actually, there’s a good reason. The truth is, you can’t make an effort to lose weight. OK, let’s use an example. Look around where you are sitting right and find a little object now.
Perhaps a pen, book or envelope. Now, try to pick it up. Could it be in your hands? If it’s, well, then you didn’t try, you picked it up actually. If it’s not in your hand, you didn’t. There’s no middle floor in doing. You can’t “try” to do anything, it’s a fallacy.

You either take action, or don’t take action. The same applies to slimming down (or anything else for that matter). Saying that you’ll try gives your mind fuzzy instructions, and it shall return fuzzy results, results that are not what you really want. In addition, it provides you a “way out” if you don’t achieve the goals you attempt to reach.
You see, your subconscious brain doesn’t interpret your directions, it just goes to work following them as complete truth. When you say you’ll “try to lose weight”, it’ll “try” to check out your instructions, which we have now know is impossible. What in fact you want, (if you really do) is to lose weight. To feel better. To have significantly more energy.
To get over health difficulties. Now, if you are said by you want to lose weight and are not successful, or continue steadily to use language that includes words like “try” or “we’ll see” or “maybe”, perhaps you’re wired backwards. What does which means that? Well, maybe you say that you want to lose excess weight, but your brain says it generally does not. Somewhere on the way you gave your brain instructions that it’s too much, or impossible, to reduce the weight you want.
Perhaps you’re convenient where you are now, but know that it is the right thing to say that you want to lose weight. If this is the case, consider what beliefs you hold that are at odds using what you want. Consider if in fact these are true.
